The business expansion of the Korean TV broadcasting industry represents a new engine of economic growth, as Korean soap operas and movies contribute to the 'Korean Wave' that is currently sweeping Asia and several Western countries. This report deals with the current status of the Chinese TV broadcasting industry and its regulations on the TV market entry of foreign entities.
