Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP) ranked 34th in the top 50 of US and non-US think tanks among 6,846 research institutes around the world which revealed in the 2016 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report, released on 25th January, 2017 by the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program (TTCSP) at the University of Pennsylvania. KIEP has placed the first among leading other domestic think tanks since 2012.
