KIEP President Il-Houng Lees interview with Arirang TV, Korea-based English broadcasting company, was aired on August 22 at 9 AM (Korea Time). 

During the interview, Dr. Lee mainly discussed about the external threats faced by Koreas economy in the second half of 2014 and measures to overcome, specifically about downside risks for Chinas economy, earlier-than-expected rate hike by U.S. Fed, and possibilities and risks lying ahead in the second half.
