The Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP) organized the international seminar on 'the Uruguay Round: Unresolved issues and Prospects' on March 28-29, 1991. With the participation of many distinguished scholars and experts who are directly or indirectly involved in the negotiation process, we hope that this seminar offered an excellent opportunity for frank and direct discussions which eventually will develop a consensus on major unresolved issues.
