[Seminar] International Conference on the Establishment of AEC and RCEP and the Future of Korea-ASEAN Cooperation

We cordially invite you to the “International Conference on the Establishment of AEC and RCEP and the Future of Korea-ASEAN Cooperation”, which will be held at BEXCO in Busan, Korea on October 14th, 2015. The conference will be hosted by Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy (MOTIE) and organized by Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP).

 

AEC, to be launched at the end of 2015, will have significant implications not only for ASEAN but also for its external partners, including Korea. This conference is an effort to increase the awareness of AEC in Korea, especially among the Korean business community. ASEAN officials and experts will be invited to give presentations on topics determined by a survey among Korean businesses.

 

We sincerely hope that people from Korean business sector, the government of Korea, academia, and other private sectors would participate and enrich the discussion by sharing their views on AEC, RCEP and the future of Korea-ASEAN cooperation.
