  • Hit2,832
The 5th WTO Ministerial Conference was held in Cancun, Mexico from September 10 14. The main task was to take stock of progress in negotiations and other work under the Doha Development Agenda (DDA). However there were a few setbacks.

The outcome of the Cancun Ministerial Conference will have an effect on the Korean economy as well. Thus Korea’s countermeasures and future initiatives need to be discussed.

In this light, the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP) has invited experts and specialists such as DDA negotiation practitioners from the government sector, NGO representatives, business, and academia to join the seminar. The future of DDA negotiations and the 5th WTO Ministerial Conference’
