Family planning method is first started in India. There are different schemes and programme implemented in rural and urban areas of India on Family planning and target population are showing good response and aware on its uses. The study with this approach on its beneficial uses and sociological pattern of matrilineal society in Meghalaya was conducted in Meghalaya.
