This article provides an understanding of the objective and scope of the newly introduced provision of “hub-and-spoke agreements” to the Competition Act (Amendment), 2023. It further provides insight into the said provision along with some international case laws where the “hub-and-spoke cartel” provisions were invoked by the competition authorities.
