Experts from the New Southern Region were invited to review the progress and achievements of policy implementation in the fourth year of promoting the New Southern Policy and seek directions and implementation tasks for follow-up policies.

The forum was attended by President Kim Heungchong of KIEP, former Indonesian Ambassador Kim Young-sun, former National Diplomatic Director Kim Joonhyung, Professor Kim Hyun-Chul of the Seoul National University, Honorary Professor Park Sa-Myung of Kangwon National University, former Indian Ambassador Shin Bongkil, and Director Lee Kwon Hyung of KIEP. The event was attended by various experts in fields related to the New Southern Policy.
