The seminar was designed to analyze in-depth changes in the international order and implications for the Korean Peninsula caused by the Ukrainian war and to explore the direction of economic cooperation between Korea and Russia and concrete measures to realize it after the Ukrainian war.

Speakers who attended the seminar analyzed the background and cause of Russia's invasion of Ukraine and focused on the implications of the U.S.-China conflict for Korea.
