Political economic reform in Eastern Europe before and after in the 1990s has been one of the epoch-making events of the 21st century. Reform has been focused on transforming socialist planned economy into capitalist market economy to settle severe economic problems. There is an urgent need for Eastern Europe countries to enter the world economy to escape the separatism of the past.
