[KEI] The Future of U.S.–South Korea Trade Talks (Live Event)

You're invited to a timely panel discussion on the future of trade and tariff negotiations between the U.S. and South Korea on Monday, July 14. Participants include:
· Wendy Cutler, Vice President and Managing Director, Asia Society Policy Institute DC Office· Tami Overby, Partner of Government Relations, DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group
· Sarah Ahn, Economic Minister, South Korean Embassy in the United States
On July 7, President Donald Trump extended the pause on 25 percent tariffs facing South Korea, which had been in effect since Liberation Day, until August 1. With the bilateral trade relationship being one of the most important for both the United States and South Korea, much uncertainty remains until a deal or a negotiated outcome is reached.
President & CEO of the Korea Economic Institute (KEI) Scott Snyder will moderate this hybrid event Monday, July 14, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. ET at the KEI event space.
