The Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP) cordially invites you to our Experts Symposium on “Korea-U.S. Trade Relations: Challenges and Prospects”.

With the proliferation of protectionism that has been continuing, and amid prolonged trade conflicts, the Korean economy is facing crisis and uncertainty, and trade relations between Korea and the U.S. are entering uncharted waters. In this Symposium, we have invited both domestic and international trade experts to diagnose current and future developments in Korea-U.S. trade relations, as we seek out promising directions for the development of U.S.-Korea relations.

At the Symposium we will also be introducing the book Korea Matters for America/America Matters for Korea, a collaboration between the EWC, Asan Policy Research Institute and KIEP, which is to be published every four years to promote mutual understanding and goodwill between Korea and the U.S.

Thank you for your interest and we look forward to your participation.
